Mahesh Govind Gaikwad is the Founder and Director of NVIN Softwares (OPC) Private Limited, a software development and digital products company based in Latur, Maharashtra. With an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and interests spanning software engineering, entrepreneurship, real estate technology, and business automation, he established NVIN Softwares in 2021 to create practical applications that solve real-world problems while fostering opportunities for early-career developers.

Our Journey & Purpose
Headquartered beside Reliance Trends at Khardekar Stop in Latur, NVIN Softwares was established in 2021 by Mahesh Govind Gaikwad. Holding an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mahesh recognized that software tools in regional markets were often either generic, overpriced SaaS subscriptions or basic non-customized templates that failed to solve day-to-day operational bottlenecks.
Rather than merely offering superficial digital services, NVIN Softwares was structured as a product-driven engineering firm. We combine custom client implementations with ongoing proprietary product engineering.
Today, our 12-member team works in a collaborative, on-site environment. We also take pride in providing hands-on paid internships to dedicated emerging developers, giving them direct exposure to production architecture.

The Real Estate Insight Behind Our Software
In 2021, founder Mahesh Govind Gaikwad also established NVIN Properties, a real estate brokerage firm in Latur. Managing lead funnels, scheduling site visits, tracking plot availability, and organizing sales agents revealed the critical need for purpose-built CRM and operational software.
These firsthand field insights directly inspired CLOSY CRM and our real estate automation solutions. We distinguish this operational inspiration from external commercial contracts, grounding our technology in tangible business reality.
