Data Sovereignty & Architecture
Offline Reading & Privacy Architecture
NVIN Softwares builds Readora with a firm commitment to privacy and device independence. This page details exactly how documents are stored, parsed, and kept completely isolated from network tracking.
Operates 100% Without Internet
- Opening and rendering local .pdf files from internal storage or SD cards
- In-document keyword and phrase searching across digital text
- Pinch-to-zoom and multi-touch inspection
- Page scrubbing and jumping between sections
- Printing to Wi-Fi/Bluetooth local printers via Android print spooler
When External Network Is Used
- 1App Installation & Updates: Downloading the application package from Google Play or verified APK repositories.
- 2External Hyperlinks: If you explicitly click an http/https hyperlink embedded inside a PDF page, Android opens your default web browser.
- 3User-Initiated Sharing: When sharing a file via email or chat apps, the receiving application handles the network transfer.
Privacy Principles & Safeguards
Zero Remote Logging
Readora contains zero analytics trackers, telemetry libraries, or user-profiling scripts. Document filenames and contents are strictly private.
Android Scoped Storage
Built strictly to Android's latest Scoped Storage APIs. Readora reads only documents you explicitly grant access to and operates within an isolated sandbox.
No Compulsory Sign-In
Readora does not demand email registration, phone numbers, or social profiles. You can open and read immediately without revealing your identity.
