How We Nurture Emerging Technical Talent
Rather than treating interns as passive observers or assigning them disconnected throwaway exercises, NVIN Softwares integrates emerging developers directly into production projects.
Under the direct mentorship of founder Mahesh Govind Gaikwad and experienced team leads, our interns write production code, tackle offline edge cases, perform device-level quality checks, and contribute to both proprietary apps (like Readora and NVIN Scanner) and client web platforms.
